About the Program

Since 1988, the Leadership UA Adult Program has illustrated what it means to be a community leader. Its curriculum covers several topics, including leadership development, how to be an involved community member, and practical information about how the City of Upper Arlington operates. During the program, participants will engage with their peers in their cohort at bi-weekly classes held at various locations throughout Upper Arlington and will ultimately become grant-makers to a UA nonprofit project at the close of the program year.
