Applications for the Leadership UA 2026 program are now being accepted through December 5th. This six-month program, running from January to June 2026, provides participants with a comprehensive introduction to the inner workings of Upper Arlington, including local government, community organizations, and civic leadership opportunities.
Leadership UA is open to individuals who live or work in Upper Arlington and are 18 years of age or older. Participants gain valuable insights into the community, build meaningful connections, and develop skills to make a lasting impact locally.
